東京外国語大学が不定期に開催する世界諸地域の映画の上映会。上映やトーク企画を通して世界諸地域の社会・歴史・文化などの理解を深めることを目的として開催しています。
世界には多様な言語・文化・民族・宗教・社会があり、さまざまな「暮らし」があります。そして、多くの社会問題も存在します。それらを共有し、理解を深め、ともに考えていく機会になればと思います。
TUFS Cinema is a project here at Tokyo University of Foreign Studies that holds screenings of films from around the world. This project aims to deepen understandings of the society, history, and culture of other countries through film screenings and talk sessions.
There are a great number of diverse languages, cultures, religions, societies, and people in the world, thus there are many different ways of life. On top of that, many social issues exist throughout these societies. We hope that these talk sessions become a chance to share and understand these issues and circumstances.
